The East End Family Health Team offers weekly medical clinics BY APPOINTMENT ONLY for Northern College students.

You must be a registered Northern College student who does not have a doctor in the Cochrane District, or an international student studying at Northern College. You will need to provide your Northern College student identification card or your Ontario or out-of-province health card. International students will need to show their insurance card that is provided by the college.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 24-Hour Cancellation Policy. If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be billed $50.00 and you will no longer be able to schedule an appointment at the EEFHT (per the discretion of the provider) until this amount is paid.
