What services do you provide?
We are a primary health care provider for registered patients. We are not a walk-in clinic. Please make an appointment with our health care team. To learn more about specific services our clinic offers, please visit our Our Services page.
How do I become a patient?
Please contact our receptionists at (705) 235-6900 to inquire about our current patient enrolment.
To help you find a primary care provider, the Government of Ontario has created Health Care Connect. If you are currently without a primary care provider, you can register by calling the toll free number 1-800-445-1822. You can also visit Health Care Connect
How do I renew my prescription(s)?
We have updated our prescription renewal process to make it easier for our patients. Simply call your pharmacy and advise them you need a prescription renewal. The pharmacy will contact us with all the information we need to processes it for you. Please visit our Prescription Renewal Process page for more details.
Where are you located?
Our address is 4715 Highway 101 East, South Porcupine Ontario, P0N 1H0. We are located at the Northern College, Timmins Campus. Click the button below to get directions from Google Maps.
NOTE: The entrance for the East End Family Health Team is located at the west end of Northern College and not through the main entrance for the college. The East End Family Health Team Clinic has a separate entrance than the college.
