Easter Closure
Please be advised the East End Family Health Team will be closed for Friday, April 10th for Easter. Our telephone hours will resume Monday, April 13th at 830 am.
We kindly ask patients to please continue with Social Distancing and remind them that we are continuing with Telephone appointments, while all non-essential appointments and programs are still canceled until further notice. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call the clinic during the regular telephone hours.
