Cancellation Policy
The East End Family Health Team clinic has a strong cancellation policy due to a high demand for appointments. We need at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations. If you are calling the clinic after phone answering hours, you can call our direct message line at 705-235-6911 and leave a message to notify us of your cancellation.

Health Card
Ensure that you bring your health card to your appointment. Before arriving to your appointment, ensure that your health card is up to date and notify us of any changes to your health card information. If you need to renew or update your health card, you can visit your local Service Ontario or the Service Ontario website.

Same-Day Appointments
Our clinic makes an effort to offer our patients same-day appointments if needed. We encourage you to contact us about the availability of same-day appointments if you do not believe a hospital emergency visit is necessary. We will advise you if you can book one of these appointments or if an emergency department visit is necessary.
